Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

This cheese has the best flavor! It is so fresh! Shipping is high therefore it will be once in a very blue moon that we get it. Oh how I wish you were closer!!

During my annual visit to my brother in Port Washington, I always make a trip to the cheese store to fill my cooler with cheese for myself and my 3 kids and families. We love the cheese curds but are absolutely crazy about the string cheese. It is, by far, the best we have ever had. I finally decided to order a shipment and was delighted with the speed in which it arrived. We will still visit the store when up there, but intend to keep having it shipped to our home to enjoy while the weather permits.
