Shipping Zones
Below is a map with approximate transit times for Ground shipping. Please refer to this map before selecting a shipping method. If you are sending to a warmer area that takes more than 2 transit days, we highly recommend you ship your orders Next Day or 2nd Day Air, as we can not guarantee the freshness of your products.

Shipping Cost
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and selected method of delivery.

Shipping Perishable Items
If we determine that, based on your selected shipping method, your package won't arrive before the weekend, we will hold your order until the following Monday (holidays excluded). This will prevent perishable items from spending the weekend sitting in a warm warehouse.

Shipping During Warm Weather
Warm weather decreases the amount of time our cheese can spend in transit. Thus, we can only offer faster shipping methods during warm months.

Problems/Return Policy
If you experience a problem with your order such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please e-mail us or call us at 920-994-9500. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. After 10 days we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds. When calling about an order problem, please have your order number ready. 

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products.
