Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

I'm not a big string cheese fan, most is shrinkwrapped and is flimsy and mostly tasteless. Cedar Valley's are entirely different. Saltier-so better tasting, almost 3x the size of average pieces, and firmer texture makes these memorable. Worth the shipping fee.
