Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

I absolutely LOVE string cheese and to be able to buy these in bulk for the price?!? It's great! The cheese is bigger than what you buy at the grocery store and taste WAY better! Plus, I can cut them into quarters when making pizza dippers for my kids.

The fresh string cheese here is the BEST STUFF EVER! I used to drive 3.5 hrs each way to get some but now I Just have it overnighted! I share with all my friends and family and everyone RAVES ABOUT IT!

So delighted to find GOOD string cheese! Locally relegated to nasty individually wrapped snack singles, ewe! Sad that I can’t buy locally, but thrilled you guys will ship. String cheese is a saving grace for diets, and super fun to eat. This cheese is really stringy, and has great texture, and is completely worth it.
