Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

This is, hands down, the best string cheese I have ever eaten. I buy string cheese everywhere I go and this is absolutely sublime. Perfect texture, moisture, and so stringy! I ordered 6lbs online and will be doing so again!

I LOVE this string cheese so much that I paid to have it shipped accross the country! The stringiness is so much better than any mass manufactured product. It has a great texture while not being too chewy. The flavor is fantastic with just the right amount of saltiness. So glad I accidentally discovered this place, and this cheese, while visiting Wisconsin.

I'm not a big string cheese fan, most is shrinkwrapped and is flimsy and mostly tasteless. Cedar Valley's are entirely different. Saltier-so better tasting, almost 3x the size of average pieces, and firmer texture makes these memorable. Worth the shipping fee.
