Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

We discovered Cedar Valley once traveling from Chicago to Green Bay. We have been in love ever since. We place at least 2 large orders each year and love it every time. Their string cheese is the best you’ll ever taste.

Cedar Valley string cheese is by far my favorite sting cheese on the planet! I first tried it about 10 years ago on a trip in that area. I am so glad that it is offered to ship. I'm a happy camper!

These are the BEST cheesesticks we have ever had. We pay for them to shipped and they always come properly packaged in coolers. We wish we lived closer, because shipping isn't cheap. They're soooo good though.
