Been eating string cheese my whole life. And just had these for the first time a few days ago. You can't even compare these to other string cheeses. These are like the GOLD Metal, Blue Ribbon, Rarest Diamond of string cheeses. Juicy, thick and melt in your mouth. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Been ordereing this cheese for years. Between my father and I, we have ordered well over 50 packages and had them shipped over to North Dakota. It's either the best string cheese in the world, or slightly better than off the shelf string cheese. It only takes 5 seconds to figure out which cheese you have in your hand. String it. If 5 billions strands of tiny cheese shoot out while you pull it down, and you end up with what looks like a troll's head of hair....hands down best cheese ever. If you end up with 2 normal chunks of cheese with nothing but smooth edges, throw the whole pack in the garbage and grab the next one. We've had great luck in the last year with getting the good style cheese. Don't think twice, hit the order button.

I've purchase every known store bought (so called) string cheese that I have come across in Wisconsin and every brand was "Thick & Sticky". NOT "Thin & Stringy". If you want true String cheese and you want it to taste like string cheese then you better stock up on Cedar Valley "String Cheese" as you will NEVER find anything better!

the best string cheese ever, nothing like that prepackaged stuff at your grocery store, this is the real deal! You can peel it so light and stringy, its great! My (grown) kids didn't have it since they were little and were delighted when I brought some to christmas!

Amazing treat! Worth the drive from Detroit, MI alone. When I get the craving and I can't make the drive to visit family, I'm thankful that Cedar Valley Cheese will ship this amazing cheese to my door! The perfect blend of rich, chewy, lightly salty, piquant flavor--so satisfying! These pieces are huge! I think I need to order some more now!
