This is the most incredibly delicious cheese I've ever found and I am a string cheese-aholic. I'm thrilled to order online!

As a former cheesemaker and resident of WI, I thought I couldn't find better string cheese. Your cheese has proven my assumptions wrong. This has to be the best string cheese I have eaten in years. Great flavor and texture. You can bet I will be ordering my string cheese from Cedar Valley in the future.

If you are looking for a cheese to love, this is it. Hands down the best string cheese you will EVER have. This is a staple in our household. Our friends visited from California last May and we had them try some while they were here - they proceeded to buy almost $100 worth of this string cheese to take back with them to California. You won't regret this purchase... I promise.

Maybe it’s because I grew up in SE Wisconsin, but Cedar Valley string cheese is the string cheese I judge all others by. Living outside WI can make finding (real) cheese difficult, so I’m glad I can still get it online. Not as quick as running to the Piggly Wiggly, but they package it well and it always shows up excellent all the way out here in WA.
