The best string around I have a lot of people coming up and asking when is the next time I will be going and getting the fresh string cheese if a guy can’t get there late Friday morning or early PM when it’s fresh out of the vat he is missing out

I had the opportunity to try this cheese from Northern neighbors who brought it down from WI. I was so impressed I ordered 4 pounds and had it shipped here the following week. I wasn't disappointed in the least. It has the perfect salt content and it is delicious. I will order again in the future

This is the best string cheese, I order it online in the winter because it is cheapest to ship. But it has the right amount of salt and it is so good! I have it shipped to MO.

As a former cheesemaker and resident of WI, I thought I couldn't find better string cheese. Your cheese has proven my assumptions wrong. This has to be the best string cheese I have eaten in years. Great flavor and texture. You can bet I will be ordering my string cheese from Cedar Valley in the future.
