Best string cheese made anywhere. The only complaint is it don’t last long before it’s all gone !! Have to buy more and hide it

The first time I picked up a bag I was brought back to my childhood. The cheese is nice and tight and can pull finely or if you like it thicker go for it. Your first bite at more room temp is amazing flavor from the cheese and the slight saltiness to go with it. Way better than any of the real smooth flexible stuff you find shrink wrapped now a days. I like to smoke my cheese with a cold smoke tube. These sticks cold smoked for an hour and then plastic wrapped for a week take it to another level in flavor for sure. I even send this cheese to my family in Arizona it is that good. You will not be dissapointed.
