This string cheese is the absolute best you'll ever find. It "strings" like no other cheese and is just the right amount of salty without being over the top. We've even shredded it in a pinch and used on lasagna and it was amazing. We drive over 2 hours round trip to buy it and it's worth every minute of the drive.

We have been trying to teach the people of Colorado what real string cheese should look and taste like. All we have to do is give them Cedar Valley string cheese and they finally understand. It’s the best!

Very happy with the cheese. Very unhappy with the shipping cost. Need to come up with a more reasonable shipping fee or shipper
