the best string cheese ever, nothing like that prepackaged stuff at your grocery store, this is the real deal! You can peel it so light and stringy, its great! My (grown) kids didn't have it since they were little and were delighted when I brought some to christmas!

Amazing treat! Worth the drive from Detroit, MI alone. When I get the craving and I can't make the drive to visit family, I'm thankful that Cedar Valley Cheese will ship this amazing cheese to my door! The perfect blend of rich, chewy, lightly salty, piquant flavor--so satisfying! These pieces are huge! I think I need to order some more now!
