Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

We had tried this a few weeks ago at the store and couldn't find anything like it in stores nearby (we are 2 hours away). We had the cheese shipped and it was just as delicious and fresh as if we picked up in store. The cheese is so good!
