Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

So delighted to find GOOD string cheese! Locally relegated to nasty individually wrapped snack singles, ewe! Sad that I can’t buy locally, but thrilled you guys will ship. String cheese is a saving grace for diets, and super fun to eat. This cheese is really stringy, and has great texture, and is completely worth it.
