As someone who moved to Oregon from Wisconsin I can tell you that this string cheese is by far the best I have ever tried . Bakers used to be the best . No more . This is a true string cheese . The others are imitations . The texture is perfect . Great strings and perfect brine. ., excellent !

We happened upon the Cedar Valley Cheese Store while traveling home to southeastern Pennsylvania from a funeral in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Since we had seen mention of their award-winning string cheese, we thought we ought to try it. If we had tasted it before we were on the road, we would have gotten a few more bags before leaving the area. Once home we were thrilled to discover the online ordering option! If shipping weren't so costly these days, we'd be frequent customers. Even with the extra cost, this string cheese is going to be an occasional especially-special treat. Amazing stuff!
