Please note: This has a shelf life of 20 days. If you will not use it by the date, consider the sealed string, it is the exact some cheese, just packaged differently. You may also tightly seal and freeze the string cheese to use at a later time. It freezes very well!

We happened upon the Cedar Valley Cheese Store while traveling home to southeastern Pennsylvania from a funeral in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Since we had seen mention of their award-winning string cheese, we thought we ought to try it. If we had tasted it before we were on the road, we would have gotten a few more bags before leaving the area. Once home we were thrilled to discover the online ordering option! If shipping weren't so costly these days, we'd be frequent customers. Even with the extra cost, this string cheese is going to be an occasional especially-special treat. Amazing stuff!

I have bought this 3 times in the past and it never disappoints. I have had lots of string cheese over the years and this is by far the best I have ever tasted!

Cedar Valley has by far the best string cheese anywhere. As a matter of fact, I was not a fan of sting cheese until I tried theirs. Absolutely love it. I will buy again and again.

My sister-in-law brought some string cheese from Cedar Valley on a picnic last year. It was the best string cheese I had EVER had! So, I bought myself a whole bunch for my birthday. I then brought some in for my coworkers to enjoy and they all loved it too! So much so I think my boss will be ordering some soon!

This cheese is the best tasting string cheese I had ever had. I mail ordered 3 lbs of it after havig some from a coworker who brought me some to PA after his visit to his hometown. I will be buying this again and again.
