I have been buying cheese for several years now from Cecar Valley Cheese and have not been dissapointed in any of the cheese I have purchased.

I bought a big brick of this a while ago. I used what I needed and then used a chamber vac to preserve freshness. It was by far the very best mozzarella I have ever had. It made a cheap Jacks pizza into pretty good. It sent my lasagna and homemade pizza off the charts awesome.
