This cheese is excellent cheese fabulous! Excellent on sandwiches but also awesome as a snack. I also want to comment on how incredibly fast the shipping was! Cedar Valley not only has the best cheese on the planet, but their shipping process was simple and lighting fast! I highly recommend!
