My opinion is it tasted like a tangy cheddar. The color was darker and there was no crumble at all. It sliced like cheddar, tasted like cheddar and looked like cheddar. So guess what. It’ It looked like cheddar, sliced like cheddar and tasted like a sharp cheddar, so guess what? It is not Cheshire, The color was darker, it did not have the crumble texture, but the taste was similar. I would not have taken this as a Cheshire cheese but a decent cheddar.
