I live in MN and our local cheese is, of course, subpar to Wisconsin's. These are the best curds, salty and squeaky and authentic WI cheese, shipped anywhere in the midwest

Why in heck did I order 3 flavors at the same time. Hard to do them all justice, but white cheddar was definitely top tier
